Hi, everyone. I have been playing poker for over 10 years and I have a strong winning track record both online and live. I won a deep stacks tournament at the Rio last summer for over $25,000. I also consistently beat $1/$2 and $2/$4 at Bovada, as well as the $2/$5 live no-limit cash games in Las Vegas and $5/$5 live no-limit cash games in Los Angeles. In addition, I have won smaller live tornaments as well, such as the $125 daily tournaments at the Aria.

How this investment works

The total entry fee cost is $10,000. The minimum investment amount is $50, or 0.5% of the total entry cost. This means if you invest $50, and I end up winning $15,000 (the minimum payout for this year’s event), then you will make $25 ($50 from your original investment plus $25 profit). However, if I get lucky to win 1st place (worth over $7.6 million last year), then you can make over $38,000 for your $50 investment. Of course, you can always invest more to win more.

Payouts

Any winnings that require a W-2 ($5,000 and up) will be subject to taxes. Before paying out, you will need to provide me a signed W-9 form with your name, address, social security number, or tax id number. You can find the form here:

Then early next year you’ll receive a 1099-MISC noting the income. If you are not willing to provide this information then I will withhold 30% of your share. Finally, any awards or accolades won from the event solely belong to me.

Other information

Although I am looking to sell 70% of my action, I am now committed to playing in the WSOP main event. However, I still would like to get more investors for my tournament entry to reduce my overall risk.

Also, I tentatively put down 7/11/2016 as the day I will play in the WSOP main event. Although I would like to play on 7/11/2016, I may choose to play on 7/9/2016 or 7/10/2016 up to my discretion.
